This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, ship charter prices and management on customer satisfaction loyalty or commonly called charterers, by shipping company world. The research sample was 200 people from charterers customers PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk. data were collected using a questionnaire Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as an analytical technique AMOS 22 program. results prove that have positive significant impact loyalty. this implications for rental management, which need be improved increase
